So this is Olaf the Berserker in the Glacial Olaf skin. I've used the in-game look for reference more than the artwork one.

Now this is awesome. I've earlier mentioned light and colour choice, and this one feels just right. I don't know if it's proper to critize the concept, since it's not yours, but well done on the textures, especially the right hand axe.
If the axes are supposed to be of the same size, the perspective is a bit off. It gives the feeling that the left arm is longer, even if it's closer to the viewer. I believe it's because of two things.
1. Even though the upper arm is supposed to be bigger than the lower arm, here it is the farther end of the perspective, so it could be made a bit smaller to emphasize it.
2. The pose is good, but even though he's almost pointing the axe straight forward, it's only a little bigger than the other. Make the closer axe even bigger! Twice as big! Half as long! Or something like that...
